These photomurals are some of many I produced for news programs being broadcast internationally out of Al Jazeera's Washington DC studio. Anchors and Correspondents sit or stand in front of a large video wall displaying the image. The Photomurals are designed to summarize as clearly and powerfully the story being presented, while complementing the set and holding true to the editorial vision of the journalist.

National Cleared Leaf Database
Independently designed and developed this website for the Smithson Natural History Museum. The site allows users to search through the National Cleared Leaf Collection, an archive of stained leaves from around the world preserved in glass slides. The image content lent itself easily to beautiful presentation and I tried to create a search navigation that was both simple and powerful. Search parameters include: family, genus, species, or specimen ID number. Due to security issues this site cannot currently be accessed publicly.

Homepage (www.Aeroflite.net)
This homepage and logo were designed for the aerospace consulting company, Aeroflite Engineering LLC, in the winter of 2004. Satellites, and the images taken by them, were the central visual theme of the project. My main intention was to create a site that very easy to read and navigate and presented the company in a sharp, dynamic and professional light.

Paper Street Project (2005 - 2006)
The Paper Street Project was published daily in UVa's student run newspaper, the Cavalier Daily, during the Fall 2005 and Spring 2006 semester.
Visually it combined a dry, well-worn, design-heavy style with storytelling and poetry printed in simple standard fonts. Themes running through the project included: nature, science, childhood, travel, and communication.
